The leading European Data Capture Platform (DCP) to reshape the future of data driven marketing in a privacy-first world. JENTIS DCP consists of three main components: Capture: Server-side tracking, various data enrichments as well as raw data availability Control: Compliant processing and data masking (pseudonymisation, anonymisation) Share: Integrations for compliant data flow to 3rd party marketing and analytics tools.
: #MarTech problem: Companies are currently facing significant challenges when it comes to data capture. Regulatory requirements like GDPR and ePrivacy addressing user consent and international data transfer e.g. to the USA are becoming stricter, leading to former technology of client-side tracking being no longer a compliant and feasible technology. At the same time, user technologies that negatively affect data capture on companies' websites are on the rise.Tracking preventions & ad-blockers suppress the collection of data by default in most browsers (Safari, Firefox, and Edge). They also delete all 3rd party and “fake” 1st party cookies for user recognition for web analytics and marketing. While companies looked away for too long of a time, the impact has become frightening. Beyond compliance and ethics problems, 30-50% of data is lost with client-side tracking tools. As a result, website operators must ensure data collection for themselves from now on. #DataEthics problem: With the imperative of digital transformation, technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning will become crucial in growth and development of businesses and economies. While these technologies bring significant benefits they are dependent on correct and quality raw data. As of today up to 70% captured data can be incorrect which in turn may lead to bias in the data directly transferred to new technologies. Progress in areas such as gender equality, anti-discrimination and reduced inequalities can be seriously hindered. With JENTIS organizations collect the best and compliant first-party data to fuel those technologies.
There are similar solutions like Google Server-Side Tagging, or to an extent customer data platforms Tealium and Segment but none of the players can solve the compliance issue in the EU nor focus solely in data capture. 2 other players are Freshpaint (USA player) - same goal, not deep tech or as advanced as JENTIS Stape.io (Ukraine) - Server side tracking, only with google framework With JENTIS, do not need to change their MarTech Stack (i.e. the investment they have done for the past 5-7years). The can connect with other systems, be privacy centric and also benefit from a fully serviced product (SaaS).
