We use people's homes as logistic centers
Customers expectations changed. No matter if you are a B2B or B2C company, you customer expect to receive what they bought fast and not pay a lot for it. The problem is that traditional logistics wasn't thought for that. Trdational logistics look for efficiency, and the way they are doing it (big warehouses, big trucks), affects customers experience. Basically, as they are levaraged in physical assets and high fixed costs, they are usually in warehouses very far from the customer, and the routes are usually optimized for cost reduction and not delivery time. That is making companies struggling with los service level and losing customer for not being able to fulfill their expectations.
Cargamos, Deliverr and Flowspace are building micro-fulfillment centers so that brands can be closer to their demand and thus deliver faster and cheaper.

Chari and Almacén Gurú, that are both digitizing mom’s and pop’s, have the customers and the CPG’s network, and could vertical integrate to start doing the logistics.

As we are using people's houses as fullfilment or cross-docking center we can offer two things no one else can: 1. Cost-efficiency (as we don't have any phyisical asset nor fixed cost, we can be up to 60% cheaper, and companies pay per use), 2. Flexibility (we can open new fulfillment or cross-docking centers anywhere and in less than 4 days).
We charge ecommerce for storing products, picking and packing orders and delivering orders.

On average:
Storage: USD 40 / month
Pick and Pack: USD 1.2 / orders
Delivery: USD 3.5 / order

On average we charge USD 5.23, and we share that revenue with wareclouds (home owners) and clouders (drivers). Our operational margin is 27.5%.

Addressable market size in USD: 50 bil (Source)

We have more than 200 brands as customers. We work with SME's that sell online, and we also work with big CPG's such as Unilever, Coca-Cola and ABInBev.

We have an inbound strategy for SME's, and an outbound strategy for big brands.
We are operating in Chile and Brazil. Our plan is to expando operations all over this countries, and to expand operations to Mexico. We already have a contract to start operation in Mexico with ABInBev.

By the end of 2024 we expect to have revenues of USD $20M, and achieve profitability.
