Vispek, founded in 2018 and based in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, China, is led by a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry from Yale University and an AI scientist from Carnegie Mellon University. Our mission is to make spectral analysis accessible anywhere, anytime, and by anyone, enhancing human productivity and life experience.

We have developed solutions using our proprietary spectral sensor and developer platform for manufacturing, agriculture, environmental monitoring, and personal health, suitable for both portable and fixed deployments.

We have secured $8.4 million in venture capital and established strategic partnerships with renowned organizations like Samsung and the University of Hong Kong.
Current issues in the spectrometry industry include:

1. Low portability: Traditional spectrometers are large and heavy due to complex designs, making them impractical for users requiring real-time field or production site detection.

2. Insufficient product capability: Many spectrometers divide wavelengths across multiple devices, requiring users to purchase several units for multi-wavelength analysis, as one device can't perform all detection tasks.

3. High cost: Mainstream spectrometers exceed 10,000 USD, and even handheld models surpass 7,000 USD, deterring potential users, particularly those with limited budgets, from using them for productivity improvements.
Vispek offers cost-effective spectrometer solution for both fixed and portable scenarios. In fixed setups, competitors like Agilent and Shimadzu provide various spectrometers that are costly and require large spaces. Vispek's device delivers UV-Vis-NIR spectral analysis at a lower cost and allows easy switching between liquid and solid detection with accessories.

For portable spectrometers, competitors such as Si-Ware focus on NIR, limiting their application range. Beside, their price is about 7,000 USD and lacks customization. Vispek's solution provides laboratory-grade accuracy, extends wavelength coverage to UV-Vis-NIR, and reduces the price to a few hundred USD. Our efficient supply chain supports rapid custom development, better addressing customer needs.
Based on our spectral sensor and developer platform, we offer three main collaboration models:

1. Customized development: For users with independent development capabilities, we provide spectral sensor modules and an AI algorithm platform license, along with tailored product design services. This helps them reduce procurement costs and customize products and AI models to suit their needs.

2. Ready-to-use solutions: For clients seeking turnkey solutions, we offer standard products ready for detection, along with simple model development support. Our no-code platform allows users to quickly develop custom models with minimal training.

3. Patent licensing: For clients designing their own spectral sensors, we offer patent licensing services for a fee.

1.Testing Solution Providers: We'll work with R&D-capable testing providers to help develop custom equipment and algorithms, serving end users. We'll optimize solutions and showcase products through online demos and trade exhibitions.
2. Consumer Electronics Manufacturers: We aim to partner with Consumer Electronics Manufacturers to incorporate spectral analysis into their products. Prototypes will demonstrate our capabilities and facilitate collaboration opportunities.
3.Research Institutions: We will supply spectral sensor modules to research institutions for designing scientific instruments.
